This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into by and between the Global Counter Terrorism Council, B-30, Sector 6, Noida-201301 (U.P.) and Rastriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat- 382305. The main Purpose of this MOU is to discuss scope for joint activities between the two institutions, in terms of conducting training, undertaking research, and organising workshops, and supporting education through futuristic interventions.
