This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into by and between the Global Counter Terrorism Council, B-30, Sector 6, Noida-201301 (U.P.) and National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat- 382007.The purpose of this MOU is to establish the responsibilities of the parties with regard to enhancing knowledge in police sciences, critical infrastructure protection, risk management, disaster management, conduct training, undertake research, and organizing workshops, and supporting education through futuristic interventions.
