Team GCTC Calls on Vice Chancellor Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat

Venue: Rastriya Raksha University, Gujarat. India

This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into by and between the Global Counter Terrorism Council, B-30, Sector 6, Noida-201301 (U.P.) and Rastriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat- 382305. The main Purpose of this MOU is to discuss scope for joint activities between the two institutions, in terms of conducting training, undertaking research, and organising workshops, and supporting education through futuristic interventions. The dignitaries from the two respective institutions are:

  1. Shekhar Dutt, SM, IAS(Retd), Patron-GCTC, Former Governor, Former Defence Secretary & Deputy National Security Advisor, GoI
  2. Lt Gen K.J. Singh, Executive Council Member-GCTC & Former GOC-in-C, Western Army Command
  3. Sanjeev Tripathi, IPS(retd), Advisory Council Member -GCTC & Former Chief of RAW
  4. Zafar Sareshwala, Executive Council Member-GCTC & Former Chancellor-Maulana Azad National Urdu University
  5. Vijay Tikoo, Advisor- GCTC and Former Chief Engineer, NHPC Ltd.
  6. Neeru Abrol, Executive Council Member-GCTC & Former Chairman & Managing Director, NFL
  7. Aditya Tikoo, Convener-GCTC
  8. Akshat Mehta-University Dean, Rastriya Raksha University, Gujarat.
