Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu (born 11 July 1953) is an Indian politician, and Chancellor of Rishihood University who was the minister of Civil Aviation, Railways, Commerce & Industry, Chemicals & Fertilizers, Environments & Forests & Power in the First Modi ministry.
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). From 1996, Prabhu retained the seat as a Member of Parliament for the Rajapur Lok Sabha constituency in Maharashtra as a member of the Shiv Sena (SS) political party.
He resigned from Shiv Sena and joined the BJP on 9 November 2014. Since June 2016, he has represented Andhra Pradesh and Haryana in the Rajya Sabha. He is also the founding Chancellor of Rishihood University. He is also a visiting professor at London School of Economics.
Shri Prabhat Kumar is an IAS 1963 Batch Topper and Former Cabinet Secretary, Government of India. He had been serving as the first governor of Jharkhand. Shri Prabhat Kumar is currently the president of the IC Centre of Governance.
Shri Prabhat Kumar has done three MAs in Physics, mathematics, & Economics from the prestigious London School of Economics.
He is presently involved with several initiatives for ‘ Better Governance and Ethics in Public Life.
His book “Public Service Ethics-A Quest for Naitik Bharat” has recently been published. It encapsulated his rich experience as a public servant and enumerates his vision for ethics in public service in India.

The General rose to be Chief of Army Staff and commanded the second largest Army in the world from 31 Jan 2005 – 30 Sept 2007. In 2007 he held the appointment of Chairman Chiefs of Staff of the three armed forces equivalent to the present CDS. He has handled an army of 1.2 million soldiers and managed defence assets of many billion rupees as the Army Chief. He has done all the professional courses including Defence Services Staff Course, Senior Command, Higher Command and National Defence College Courses and holds a master's degree in Defence Science. He has also had the privilege of being the first Indian Defence Attaches in Algeria.
The General served as Governor of the State of Arunachal Pradesh from 2008-2013. He was instrumental in the implementation of the Prime Minister’s development package of Rs 20,000 crores for the development of the state in major infrastructural projects related to road, rail, air connectivity and power. During this tenure of 5 1⁄2 years, he experienced politics at the state level. He swore in 4 Chief Ministers and many other ministers oversaw one Vidhan Sabha election and one Lok Sabha election. Fond of sports and outdoors General Singh was perhaps the only Governor who played badminton with the CM Dorjee Khandu quite regularly in Itanagar. By the end of his tenure, he was often described as a ‘people’s governor’. Since 2017, he has been very active in Punjab politics. He contested against Capt. Amrinder Singh from Patiala but did not succeed. He also contested for the Khadoor Sahib Parliament seat in 2019 but had to withdraw for political reasons. His autobiography ‘A Soldiers General’ was published in 2012 by Harper Collins, India. The book has been translated into Hindi and other languages. India’s national security challenges such as Siachen, Kargil, J&K and the North-east and relations with our neighbors, Pakistan and China, in particular, have been analyzed logically in this book. The General Officer is widely travelled and has been to over 50 countries and significantly enhanced mil-to-mil co-operation. His second book ‘The McMahon Line’ deals with India-China relations and the boundary issue and was launched in June 2019. He was honored with an Achievers Award by the Punjab State Government on 9 November 2019 on The On the occasion of 550 the Prakash Diwas of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. He is the first Sikh to be elevated to the rank of the Army Chief of India.

Shri Prakash Singh is a retired Indian Police Service officer, who rose to the highest rank of Director General of Police (DGP) in two states; Uttar Pradesh Police and Assam Police. He has served as the Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF). He is considered one of the best police officers for his role as a key architect of Police reforms in India. After his retirement from service in 1996, he filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the Supreme Court of India. The landmark verdict of PIL came in 2006, in which the Supreme Court has given specific directions to the central and state governments to carry out structural changes in the police with a view to insulating it from extraneous pressures and making it accountable to the people.

Dr Yogendra Narain is a 1965 batch retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is a former Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha. He also served as the Defence Secretary of India, Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, and Surface Transport Secretary of India. He is the current Chancellor of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) situated in the Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. Dr Yogendra Narain served in various key positions for both the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, like as the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh, first Chairman of Greater NOIDA, Principal Secretary (Information), Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Principal Secretary to the Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Secretary (Power and Irrigation) and as the District Magistrate and Collector of Lucknow and Muzaffarnagar districts in the Government of Uttar Pradesh, and as the Union Defence Secretary, Union Surface Transport Secretary, first Chairman of National Highways Authority of India and as the Joint Secretary (Ports) in the Ministry of Surface Transport in the Union Government.
